2025 post! How are things?

Hello you all!

Caleb posting here, I know seeing me in person is a rarity these days, I’ve been managing the daily admin work this year.

Recently I’ve started to learn some of the tools to managing the shop, namely how to order and sort products!
For those shopping on here, feel free to leave feedback, either to this post or to your next order about how easy it is to use, I wish to hear some feedback and understand, do you find the tags helpful? Do the categories make sense? Does the default order you see things in help?

I am aware the email system has been down for a few months, that will require a little more time for me to figure out WHY they aren’t working, including order confirmations or password reset requests, if anything serious is up you can reach us via phone or the Raw4Paws.sussex@gmail.com email.

Things should be beginning to improve very soon, we’ve expanded our depot space and will bring in more freezers to keep more stock and stay on top of the increasing demands, especially for the products that sell like hot cakes!

With that all said, thank you for visiting us! It has been quite a journey!
